Year 6 Leavers

We are delighted to be able to facilitate a short meeting between pupils in Year 6 to come and collect a leaving gift from school as well as any hoodies that have been ordered. This will also be an opportunity for children to say goodbye to their class teacher.

Our plan is that if the weather is fine, a table will be set up outside of our main entrance and myself, Mrs Walker and the class teacher will be present. We ask that 1 adult only attends with a child on the dates and times shown. If the weather is not good, then we will place a table in our entrance area but please be mindful that you may have to queue outside in rainy conditions.

As well as their leaving gift, children will also be able to collect their exercise books and any leftover items from lockers so please bring a bag!

We also ask that if children still have their revision guides, sports kits, library books etc at home, that they use this opportunity to return them to school. A box will be available where these can be placed.

Each teacher has been given a 2-hour slot and you may attend at any time within those 2 hours. We ask that you please observe social distancing guidelines if you have to queue to wait as several children could attend within those 2 hours. There are markings on the pathway on the approach to school.

If your child is currently in school within a Year 6 bubble, they will receive their books and gifts on their day in school.

I do hope that many of you will be able to pop along I personally will so look forward to seeing your children again.

If there are any questions or queries please give school a call or send us an email.
