Letter from Miss Handscomb

Hello 3NJH,

It feels like a very long time since we were all together in the classroom. I hope you are all well and looking after each other at home.

It is strange not being in school every day in our busy classroom. It is very quiet in school when I go in and I miss everyone being there.

I hope you have all managed to keep doing a little work each day as well as having fun in the sunshine and enjoying this extra time with your families.

I have been enjoying daily walks and exercise to keep fit and to get outside to try and be as healthy as possible. The warm weather has been lovely. I have just finished writing your school reports too which has reminded me of you all. I have also been doing a lot of cleaning and I will soon be getting the paint brush out soon as I am planning to paint my house top to bottom one room at a time! Wish me luck with that. It may take a while.

I am missing seeing friends at the moment as I think you all might be too but I know I will see them again, which I am really looking forward to.

I am sure that you have all been getting involved with lots of with different activities over the last six weeks, whether it’s baking, gardening, drawing or other creative work and I would love to hear what you have been doing to keep yourselves busy.

Take care for now and I will look forward to seeing you all again when we are back in school, which will be a very happy day!

Stay positive and keep smiling.

Love from Miss Handscomb.
