Arrangements for key worker children from June 1st

From June 1st we can continue to offer part or full time care for pupils of key workers (as we have done since March 23rd)

Children can attend toast club from 8am (if required and in line with what they do now)

Children can access after-school club (advance notice is helpful to us but if this is difficult we can be informed on the morning-we would need to know a time of collection so that we can make necessary staff arrangements)

Children will enter through the front gate and then Door A

Instead of going to the hall as they do now, the children will cut through the dining room and be based in the Year 4 area

There will be no mixing with the Year 6 groups in school and staggered play, lunch, arrival and exits have been planned

The children will be grouped and taught using the Home Learning materials

Children can continue to wear casual comfortable clothing

Children can bring a packed lunch or there is the option of a hot dinner-children will be asked each morning for their lunch arrangements

The system will operate much as it does now for these children

The car park will no longer be available due to the increased number of pupils and staff on site from June 1st

Collection of children will be from the front pedestrian gate close to school-we ask that parents ring the bell and someone will assist you-please observe social distancing if queuing

Thank you so much for your continued support
